Certificates

R&D Nester is a certified company (since 2014) according to ISO 9001, ISO 45001 and ISO 14001, making part of the integrated management system of REN (Portuguese TSO and R&D Nester shareholder).

R&D Nester has been a certified company since 2015 in Research, Development and Innovation (RDI) activities in the field of power systems.

In December 2025, R&D Nester successfully completed the migration of its RDI certification from the national standard NP 4457:2021 to the international standard ISO 56001:2024, thus becoming certified according to the first international standard dedicated to innovation management systems.
